How can I place my order?

1. Browse our shop, add in any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.

2. Click on "Check out"  and choose your payment method, e.g. Paypal.

(Payment to LTY TRADING because HŌMU STORE is operated by LTY TRADING which is a registered company with SSM, Company No. 0134471-X)

3. Fill in the details with selected shipping charges.

4. Click on "Complete Order" and choose your payment method (debit or credit card payment can be select below the Paypal option).

5. Thats it!

  

How can I make payment for my order?

You can pay with your PayPal account or credit card from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However, we also accept payment made via local bank transfer. Please email us your order and we will revert you with the total price and our bank account.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

We only provide PosLaju service currently to ensure our goods arrive your hand faster and safer. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

However, we do provide FREE shipping if you spend RM 200 MYR and above.

RM 7 (West Malaysia) or RM 10 (East Malaysia) for Express Delivery - PosLaju (1-3 days).

Notes: Kindly leave down your contact number in the "notes" column (PayPal) in order for us to fill in the form for PosLaju, we want to make sure the goods arrive your hand safety. 

 

Do you send your order daily?

Our delivery schedule fall on the next business day after order confirmed. Not include Public holiday and weekends.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We handle worldwide shipping case by case currently. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. You may contact us at contact@homustore.com for more info.

 

Can I return my goods?

Yes, you may return the goods to us but we do not provide refunds. Items are exchangeable for colour or other products of higher value if returned to us within 14 days of purchase in brand new saleable condition with original packaging. 

For a full exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.  Items must be returned with original conditions which you received it and must be in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags. We will issue you store credit for items you wish to exchange. After returning your item, you may use the store credit to purchase the new item separately. Kindly note that the store credit will only cover the goods price. The new item will charge with shipping fees like others normal order. We will process your return and issue you store credit within 5 business days once we receive your package. 

Kindly note that return shipping cost is at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
